Tuckabye creates personalized animated bedtime films starring your child, narrated in your voice. We take the trust you place in us — especially around your child's photos and your voice — seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

To make your film, you provide:

• Your child's first name and the occasion for the film
• Your email address
• Photos of your child that you choose to upload
• A voice recording you make or upload (your reading, or a sample to match)

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The service is purchased and used by an adult parent or legal guardian on a child's behalf.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to create and deliver your film, and to contact you about your order. We do not use your photos, voice, or child's details for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than producing your film.

How it's stored and shared

Your photos and voice recording are stored privately. They are never made public, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own use. We never publish a customer's real child in our own marketing.

Retention and deletion

Your uploaded photos and voice are deleted after your film is delivered — unless you opt in to let us keep them on file so we can make more films for your child later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@tuckabye.com.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to process payments (Stripe), store files securely, and send order email. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Your choices

You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, your information at any time. Just email hello@tuckabye.com and we'll take care of it.
